Do you offer payment plans?

Normally, I charge 50% after our initial consultation, 50% on the first day of production and any additional fees are due at the time of content delivery. If you would like to break up the total into smaller payments, I am amenable to that! Just let me know when you hire me that you’d like to discuss a payment plan, and we can work something out.

What is “b-roll” footage?

B-roll footage is secondary footage and any footage outside of an interview. Some examples are shots of you working with a client, typing on your computer, answering a phone call, walking down the street, drinking coffee on your front porch, a client trying out a product, etc.

What is your refund policy?

Your 50% up front deposit is non-refundable unless I have to cancel or there are circumstances out of your control and mine that require the shoot to be canceled.
